You are welcome to return product within 14 days from the date you receive it through Canada Post (Tracking number can be used for reference of this). I can not process exchanges. There are no exceptions, please respect that. Refunds on returned products will be sent 1-7 business days once the product has been picked up from Canada Post and inspected. You’ll know I received your return once you get the return refund email. 

January 9th 2023 is the deadline for Holiday Returns. This means the item must be in the mail by this day (Tracking number will be used to confirm) There are no exceptions. Returns have to be made by the original Purchaser as I can only refund the credit card used to make the purchase. 

A common Curtesy note: A 10% cleaning / de-wrinkly fee will be deducted from each returned item that is covered in pet hair and / or is wrinkled beyond a normal amount. This fee is to pay for the time it will take to remove pet hair and / or steam your returned item back to “new”. This is a small business, every returned item is added back to inventory to send to another lovely human. Please kindly return your items the same way you received them.

Please ensure your name or Order # is on it or I will not know who to refund. You can find your order # in your order confirmation email.

Please note the customer is responsible for all shipping costs. Shipping is very pricey, and a difficult cost to eat as a small business with tighter profit margins than the big companies (big companies have unfortunately set bars that small businesses just can not meet in this scenario), so please take extra care when ordering, double check measurements and compare them to similar clothing you already own. If there's a measurement you'd like that I don't list I'd be happy to send it to you! 

Products must be unworn, unwashed, unused. If the item you're sending back, arrives covered in pet hair, it will be sent back and you will not receive a refund/ will not be eligible for a refund. Essentially it should be sent back in the same condition it was when you received it. Just looking for a little respect of the items and my business. 

Because of the delicate nature of maps, stickers and other artwork they are not available for return or exchange.

Sale items are all final sale and can not be returned of exchanged.
